Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Oggnai Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62011DL2025PTC446040), 293 S/F, Western Marg, Saidulajab, New Delhi, Delhi 110030, India (“we”, “us”), which operates getInterviewed at getinterviewed.dev. By creating an account or using the service you accept them, along with the privacy policy and the refund policy. You must be at least 16.

getInterviewed runs practice technical interviews with an AI interviewer (Coding, System design and Behavioral rounds) and writes a report on each. It is a practice tool. Its verdicts and scores are our best assessment of how the interview went against the bar we set for your level; they are not a prediction or promise of what any employer will decide.

The interviewer and the reports are generated by AI and can be wrong. Use your judgment, and tell us when a report misses the mark: the rating on every report exists for that.

Voice interviews are recorded, audio and transcript, for your report, as the screen says before each one starts. By starting one you agree to that. You can delete your recordings in Settings at any time.

You sign in with your Google account. Keep it to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person. Give us accurate information, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to it.

• Every interview can be taken by voice or by text chat. Free includes 1 voice interview and 1 text interview a month; each is graded, and on Free you see its verdict, while the full report (the reasons, scores, fixes, reference solutions, transcript and recording) comes with a paid plan. A paid plan opens every report you’ve had, and they stay open after it ends; reports of interviews taken on Free after a plan ends open again with the next plan. Paid plans include unlimited text interviews and differ in voice interviews: Starter includes 3 a month, Pro 10, and Max 30, to use on any rounds you choose. Prices are in US dollars, set for the country you signed up from (India has its own), shown on our pricing page and at checkout, and may include taxes as shown at checkout. If you have since moved, write to us and we can change your prices while you have no paid plan.
• On Max you can buy interview packs of 5, 10 or 20 extra voice interviews, paid once. Pack interviews are used after your plan’s interviews for the period and don’t expire, including after your plan ends.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month until canceled. Canceling stops the next renewal; the plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for.
• An interview counts when it starts. One that ends before its round begins (during the resume discussion), or within its first 5 minutes, gets no report and is given back. Rejoining an interrupted interview doesn’t count again. Allowances reset on the first day of each billing cycle (on Free, the first day of each calendar month, UTC); unused interviews, voice or text, don’t carry forward.
• Payments are processed by DodoPayments as merchant of record, under its own terms.
• We may change prices or plans; a change to a plan you’re on takes effect from your next renewal, and we’ll email you before it does.

Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

You agree not to:

• use the service to get help during a real interview or assessment, or to impersonate someone else in one;
• share an account, resell access, or access the service by automated means other than its own interface;
• try to extract the question bank, prompts, hidden tests or reference material in bulk, or to probe, disrupt or overload the service, including through the code you run in it;
• upload anything unlawful, or anyone else’s personal data without their permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

You keep ownership of what you bring and produce: your resume, your voice, your code and diagrams. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run the service for you, as the privacy policy describes.

The service itself, its interviewer, reports, design and question material, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use your reports for yourself however you like.

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut down the service, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice and refund any unused paid period and unused pack interviews.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end this agreement if you break these terms, with notice where the law requires it.

Except as required by law, the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including that using it will lead to any job offer.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction, without taking away the protection of the consumer law where you live.

We’ll update the date at the top when these terms change, and email you before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms.
